Is anyone out there using Axtel?

I live in DF and I just had AXTEL hooked up this past Tuesday. It cost 920.00 p. They use microwave technology. So far the service has been excellent. Calls to the states are 4.5 pesos/ minute. I did have relatives in the States complain I sounded muffled, but I am not sure what the cause is.
If you live in an area with prolonged periods of power outages, AXTEL would not be a good choice b/c they run on batteries when there is no power.
