For you Americans who want to celebrate Thanksgiving next week but would like to Mexicanize your meal, I suggest you take a look at this recipe:
http://mexico.udg.mx/...s/MoleGuajolote.html. I haven't made it myself; assembling all those ingredients is nearly impossible here in D.C.
I'll be making a recipe from one of Caprial's cookbooks for Game Hens with Corn Salsa. The dish is not picante, but the salsa has Mexican ingredients: corn, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, etc.
