We are moving to San Pancho at the end of November. Can't wait for a new life and the ability to raise my cuates in a more wholesome environment than SoCal.....

Thank you very much! We are quite excited... getting rid of all our stuff here is daunting but, what the heck, it's part of the process!

Well, after spending some time in the area ( and a few other places around Mexico) we liked the community feel. We were there in low season so I know it will have a different vibe when we arrive late November.
We liked the friendliness of people, the walk-ability of town, proximity to big city stuff if we need it, the fact that kids can run around at the beach without parents hovering over them... topography, a hospital(for what it is worth)... a seemingly diverse population...affordability. beauty, a seemingly good attitude towards environment.
Also and especially since we have kids Escuela del Mundo and Entre Amigos.... awesome resources.
It just seems like a very cool place to us. Granted, we lived in Ocean Beach, San Diego for a long time and, at the time, it was pretty bohemian so maybe that just appeals to us.
