Beware of suspicious man on motorcycle cruising developments

This description of a man walking around the area of El Limon on our chat group
was also mentioned as driving his motor bike and - I'll call it lurking - around
Rancho del Oro yesterday. Be on the outlook as there have been burglaries in El
Limon, El Tempiesque and now this suspicious man in Rancho del Oro.

"Previously a male had been seen in the area, just wandering in the area on a
motorcycle...note that El Tempisque has only one way in, one way out...street
wise, there are fields with trails, cow paths..that are accessible...

Today: At approxmately 10:05 a.m. I passed a male, mid twenties, wearing a back
pack, sun glasses, ball cap, long sleeve sweatshirt, light complexion, about 5'
7" 150 lbs..is fit looking, he was walking up the main entrance to our driveway,
which divides at the bottom, going to our house and another...I said hello, he
responded, semi covered his face with his hand...was walking in a confident
manner..I was on a scooter. He is dressed neatly, blue jeans..no tears in
clothing, nor was his clothing dirty...has a light moustache"

And this second poster wrote this last night:

"This same guy was riding around Rancho del Oro yesterday in the very early
afternoon. I am sure it was him, the description is identical. I was leaving and
I heard the motorcycle going by a few times but didn't think anything of it. I
drove out of my garage and he was passing by, I had a good look at him and he
glanced at my vehicle but didn't show much interest. I drove in the other
direction and on a hunch went around the block. When I got back to my house
about 60 seconds later the motor cycle was parked in front of my door and the
guy was no where to be seen. I was rummaging in my bag for my camera to get a
pic of it and then was going to call the neighbor to come over in case he had
scaled the wall but he came walking back from around the corner. He saw me and
hopped on the bike and sped off, unfortunately before I could get a pic.

I put the car back in the garage and waited a few minutes and he drove by slowly
again but didn't stop."

So be on the outlook for a man of this description on a motorcycle. If you see
him I would return home for awhile. I was burgled once years ago when I lived
in San Antonio and am sure someone watched while my partner and I went out
together at 12 noon.

Well guarded, electronic gate and people watch for strangers. It's a small 19 home Community. We know every contractor and vehicle who comes here.
