international tax accountant recommendation?

I'm trying to sort out whether if you are a US citizen and live full time in Mexico you need to pay Mexican income tax on your US social security and 401k disbursements.

From what I've read online, the answer seems to be either "yes", "no" or "maybe".

Does anyone know an tax specialist who deals with these laws? If so, please give me the contact info.
