fm3 visa from consulate in US

I recieved my fm3 vista in Raliegh NC which they placed in my passport and pan to move to Ensenada in august can anyone please tell me the next step I need to make I am quite confused.

I thought it wasn´t possible to get FM3 visas in the US anymore. Am I mistaken?

I was at the consulate on thursday june 28th.2012 and paid my 165.00 us (more then the web site said) had all the paperwork and she placed a sticker in my passport so I guess I am ready to go just have to register in mexico.

I guess you and I have different kinds of FM3s. Mine allows me to work here. I think that when you register in Mexico at INM, then you will get the actual visa, which is a plastic card with your photo.
