Sunday, June 24th @ 7:30 pm Music by the Municipal Band of Zacoalco de Torres,
These cultural activities are all free and take place in the main plaza of San
Juan Cosala. In addition, there are daily religious processions at approximately
6 pm down Calle Porfirio Diaz (the main street of San Juan). The San Juan
Bautista Day celebrations culminate on Sunday night with a fireworks castillo
between 10-11 pm.
Do come and join in this annual celebration. Have an early dinner at Viva Mexico
before the entertainment or you can buy food and drinks from the many vendors
that are set up in the Plaza. But remember this is Mexico and all times listed
above are approximate.
