Please help ;
I am looking for the contact with local real estate agent , Spanish only is fine ,
who actually is in business and makes money helping people to find house for rent .
We are looking for medium term rental , 3-4 ( we can stay longer , but it depends on a few factors
unknown to us now) of humble house, can be small and not in
ideal condition , even 1 bedroom plus one additional room and kitchen, would be good .
We do not want to be in the city , looking for country style setting .
What we need , are basic furniture, pets allowed policy because we have two well behaved dogs with us ,
fenced backyard , parking room for the car and motor home ( small class c) ,
distance from Oaxacaup to 20 min by car .
We are looking for economic solution , nothing fancy is needed .
Just a little bit of green area and open space are luxuries we are looking for .
big thanks if someone can recommend person to contact, or can recommend the area ,
close by to the town , which would be the best to look for "house of our dreams"
