The word "ofrecer" means "to offer" as in...

"something/someone" is going to be offered to "something/someone"

Like "the apple is going to be offered to you." "the banana is going to be offered to the monkey." "the bid is going to be offered to the corporation." "the girl is going to be offered to him." (lucky dog!) ;)

But the way it's used there - "ĄSe le va a ofrecer!", it's more like "something/someone" will be needing "something/someone" as in "It's going to rain later. Take your raincoat. You'll be needing it!", "That box is very heavy. Tell her to take John. She'll be needing him!"

After a friend took advantage of me financially, someone said: "Se le va a ofrecer", which I took as meaning "One of these days he's going to need you, he's going to regret it". This was in Zihua...maybe it's used differently in different places?
