After years of living in mexico I see that the only place that is free of mishap is the mountian top. In town is a crap shoot and condo life is out of ones control. The only place secure living can be acheved is up top. On the north coast up on the mountian top that overlooks punta mita and the bay, 3.37 hecteras can be the compound where YOU are in control. Lets face it, NOWHERE CAN YOU BE WILL EVER BE MORE SECURE THAN THE MOUNTIAN TOP! All over the world this has be so. The realestate people want to sell you a condo, I want to sell you a dream. A sancuary for lamar and jaquar, a utopia overlooking the most expinsive, the most elite onclave in all mexico. If you have the time and the cash then why compramise your location? Its only going to get worse in the coastal communitys. As little is avalible up here on the mountiantop(just look)you can rest assured that land at the top is hard to get. No listing-MLS SEARCH- will offer you ANY comfort, you will not find land at the top. Yeah, I want $1,3000,000 for this end of road, 5 star privacy overlooking the bay, so what-its your money.
