Fausto cleaning up Morelia

In case you missed it all hell broke loose when the state arrested about 200 students after they decided the best way to protest was to burn official vehicles in the heart of dowtown. Hold on to your hats because I donīt think the students are going to take it lying down. Donīt be surprised if out of state protesters arrive to shore up their numbers.

Update: 13 students have been arraigned and are on their way to prison. Alot of chatter from the student movement and the CNTE teachers union which might translate into something tomorrow which happens to be Mayday.

Great !

The police came to evict some of the students because they hadn't paid their rent for awhile. Some of the students or their buddies then also set fire to their hostels. Apparently, getting free university isn't enough, and they expect free housing too.

Time to learn some of life's real lessons in economics, isn't it?
