Retorno Parcial is a little known Banjercito program that allows you to drive out of México without canceling your TIP, but with proof that you have removed the car from México.

Both of our sites are better, (RollyBrook and Yucalandia) due to the good input from each other and good rapport we share.

There are so many details to track in the near continually changing and evolving INM, Aduana, Banjercito, police, and State & Federal rule and policy changes, that the overall result is much better when two individuals with slightly different perspectives and different knowledge bases, then separately interpret and form their own perceptions, understandings, & descriptions.

Also, neither of us get a nickel for tracking and describing this stuff. *grin*
Sometimes you can hit the trifecta of cheap (free), high quality, and quick (now).

Kudos to Rolly for years of good service to the expat and prospective-expat communities.
