Mexico's Federal Competition Commission (CFC) confirms what we already know: Telcel, part of one of Don Carlos Slim's myriad holdings, dominates the mobile phone market in Mexico.
Assuming it's upheld on appeal, this ruling will let the CFC impose penalties and changes only on Telcel to boost competition.
