Dog Adoption

I am looking for locations to adopt a dog and phone numbers for these places. We are looking for a particular kind of dog and would like to list our name as a potential interested party.

Thanks.

What particular breed of dog are you looking for? Male or female? Four legs, a tail that wags, and a bark preferably? (smiling) tongue in cheek ))

Female if fixed or male fixed or not. Somewhere around 1 to 2 years old. Mellow. Preferred breeds, black lab, german shepherd, golden retriever. I would consider other large dogs.

Both Dr. Pepe and Anita's animals have mostly small breeds and/or puppies. The Lakeside Spay and Neuter group on the other hand, have all large breeds and at any given time have 70 dogs, all spayed, neutered and with shots, up at their "ranch" which is just off the Libramento where it meets the Carreterra to Guadalajara. Give them a call, or stop in at the ranch and check them out.
