We are very anxious to sell and the home is in really great shape. There are 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we are located in central Chapala. So, if you know
of anyone looking to buy, this is a great deal.I can send any interested person

If you think it's priced fairly, don't drop it anymore. Wait for an offer, then you can counteroffer.
You can drop it all you want and be anxious, but if there's no buyers walking into the RE offices, the Realtor's cannot manufacture the buyers.
I had two showings today, one a Mexican couple and one an american couple who already live here.
