There were helicopters all over the place. I was supposed meet someone on Aviación near Tec de Monterrey and was going to get on the periférico at Acueducto but traffic was backed way up so started south on Partia towards Vallarta. My son called and had heard they were blocking traffic at different parts of the city so I just headed for home.
