My mother in law is renting this place - on mexican prices :)
Only 2500 pesos/month (195 USD)
The apartment has got one bedroom, private kitchen and bathroom (hot shower 24 hours) and a private entrance.
It is on the first floor with a very large rooftop terrace.
Price Includes:
Fully furnished. All bills paid ( electric, water, and trash pickup).
Price does not include:
Drinking water, food, gas for cooking and hot water.
Internet (WIFI) available at an extra cost of 100 pesos/month.
Location: the rental is located in the nice neighbourhood Colonia Reforma. Calle Emilio Carranza.
Walking distance to the centre if you like to walk or a short bus ride.
Bus stops are 5 minutes away, supermarkets and all services (banks, post office, pharmacies, cinema, gym, etc.) are in walking distance.
