I'll be visiting SMA Feb. 17th through 24th. Anything of note outside the usual I might want to include in my visit?

We would recommend setting aside one evening to visit the Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar at the Rosewood Hotel/Resort. Named one of the top 10 rooftop bars in the world by TRAVEL & LEISURE magazine. Arrive before the sun starts to go down and enjoy not only the sunset but also one of the best night views of San Miguel de Allende.

Don't worry about having to dress up for your visit. We did and were surrounded by guests and visitors dressed in shorts or jeans.

If you can spare the time away from San Miguel, I recommend hiring a driver and going to Santa Rosa de Lima up in the mountains northeast of Guanajuato. And, for that matter, spending a little time in Guanajuato City itself. You can easily do this in a day if time is tight.
