all these papers expiring makes me crazy

Some documents are good for a year e.g. property valuation and some for 15 days e.g. blood test for matrimony. and others can be for 30 days, 45 days 180 days or anything in between. What happens is that while trying to complete some sort of bureaucratic task involving multiple documents the work will begin, then a document will expire. The work stops until you can get the document renewed, then proceeds for awhile, then another document expires, etc. I honestly don't know how anything ever gets done.
(Yea, I know about "expedite fees", but the basic costs are killing me without the extra burden)
