I don't know about "prickly pear (nopal) seed oil" being produced in México, but recently commercially produced avocado ¿seed? oil is being produced here. It's a great new cooking oil, as it has all the heat resistant qualities (up to 500F-260C) of peanut oil AND the all the health benefits of olive oil. That is something you might be interested in also. Sorry about answering in English, but the websites below are all in Spanish.
