I have have house sat many homes throughout Mexico. I am going to have to wait a few months for my mainland car permit to clear so I am hoping they will issue me a Solo Sonora permit for 180 days. Then i can return to the USA, and obtain a regular 180 day car permit.
I am retired, and leave but a tiny footprint. A smaller home around San Carlos or Kino Bay would be great a wood Puerto Penasco. I speak spanish and am familiar with paying bills. I meet my obligations 100%, and do not drink or smoke.
