I have been warned by my attorney not to mention names or to be very specific because of the risk of a suit by the insurance company. Do not accept what they tell you regarding a claim. Have everything in writing. They are not your friends when you make a claim. They are your adversaries. If you start to get an itch you cannot scratch, it would be best to get a lawyer and not to rely on theirs as he/she works for their best interests, not yours. Be careful with ministerio publico since they too want a piece of the pie. Deal with them through an attorney. Do not make the mistake of assuming because they are all big and well known that they are honorable. While the admonitions above are pretty useless without context but they are starting points in a trek with stones in your shoes. If they tell you something that seems to be too good to be true, it most likely is. Get it in writing and have it checked.
