Hello all..I love cooking mexican food and having eaten tacos through out Mexico, I've noticed the chopping or butcher block that is often used looks like a slice of tree with almost a bowl worn in the middle (I assume from use). They look to be 14-16 inched round. Does anyone know what type of wood is used and if these can be purchased anywhere?????
