My wife and I were recently in a town in Jalisco and as we walked by a street vendor, she noticed something in a small brown bag we had not seen before. We purchased a small bag and found them to be deliciously sweet small chunks of coconut that had a light, sweet sugary coating. Anybody ever had these or made these ?
Now that we have an abundant supply of coconut, we'd love to make them.
