Need recommendation for good cosmetic dentist

Can anyone recommend a good dentist in the city of Oaxaca? I need veneers and my insurance doesn't cover them at home. An English-speaking dentist would be good. Many thanks!

Though I have not used his professional services*, Dr. Ángel Gómez comes to mind.
He speaks English and went to dental college in the US..

*I had been in contact with him re: apartment rental, but not for cosmetic dentistry.
