Canada charges roughly 30% net taxes on oil and gas revenues, and the base taxes on timber are at 38%, taxes collected to subsidize Canada's Government $140 billion per year spent on health care. This works out to roughly $4,100 spent per Canadian for health care - so, Canadian health care does have its costs, funded heavily by using-up natural resources. Mexico faces similar issues, where they pump oil and use the revenues to fund roughly 40% of government expenses, so, both Mexico and Canada use-up their natural resources to keep costs of living lower than for similar things in the US. - - Read-on MacDuff E-visit at http://yucalandia.com
