Minimal impermeabilizante worked .... for how long I don't know. Early last summer my new roof was tested and had a number of leaks. Problem was I had lots more to do and very few dry spells. About two weeks before hurricane Jova we had a little over two weeks of sun. I wasn't ready to do 2-3 coats full strength with material because I was doing it myself and it's expensive. Between the advise of a few local builders and a brand name YouTube video of 'How to' I decided to use a deluded coat (3 water - 1 impermeabilizante). The idea was to seal the cement kind of like sellador but better. 1 cubeta was enough to cover 130 sq meters twice with a little left over. I used white and even tho the roof is only grey with the thin coat I feel it reflects the heat a bit ..... and not a drop of water from hurricane Jova. Guess we'll see how long this lasts. The only traffic is my weekly clothes on the line and a gas man every six months. Sparks Mexico - Sparks Costalegre
