I have a new spreadsheet version for computing the aguinaldo and vacation pay owed your employees for 2011. This is a MAJOR upgrade to the previous aguinaldo2010 spreadsheet that was sent out last year. This one makes ALL the Vacation Basis Days computations FOR YOU! It's the best one ever, since Jim Maynard and I started this little project several years ago. Barring basic changes in the Mexican Labor Laws, this one should be the keeper for anytime in the near future.
Just email me, mazbook@yahoo.com , with aguinaldo as the Subject, and I will send you this new, improved version of the spreadsheet.
Sorry to be posting this so late, as aguinaldo must be paid to employees by 20 December (next Tuesday), but I've only just remembered it when I realized that with all the fuss and furor of moving the bookstore (just to a new place in the same building), I hadn't figured the aguinaldo or vacation pay due MY employees. Sorry to be so late about this.
