Renewal of No Inmigrante

We went in to renew our FM3's and got the message to present ourselves and then another message that we could fill out the form online beforehand. When I went to the link, it seemed to be the same form with our info partially filled in and the rest had asterisks over it. Are we supposed to re-enter the info or is that a computer glitch? Thanks for your help!

The form that we fill out online for initial submission of the renewal.
Then they tell you to check online to see when to return to the office.
This time they had an additional line that you could fill out the same form again before coming in.
It partially fills in the information but allows you to fill it in completely if you have new information.
Then it again provides you with a document number and clave for printing or retrieving.

We will try filling it in and printing it before we return to Cancun on Wednesday.
