My wife and I have recently relocated to the state of Jalisco on a permanent basis. We both love to cook/bake and are doing our best to find ingredients, substitutes etc. Recently, we tried to find heavy cream. The local Bodega had some but it was past it's expiration. We then started searching the local little cremerias. Speaking poorly in spanish and understanding it only slightly better, we realize we need to become educated on the the different types of cream products available beside the common product crema.
