With 13 Mexican cities on the list, I am not sure just why you singled out Morelia. In my estimation, the evidence, at least in the Mexican media, doesn't seem to confirm this factoid unless Morelia is taking the hit for the entire State. Before I get jumped on for not recognizing the fact that the press is cartel controlled in certain areas, there are enough other sources to obtain a more rounded picture.

Maybe that's the point, why Morelia was pointed out. Because it's not one of the cities that you would think of as violent? Juarez or Matamoros, no news there, that doesn't surprise anyone.
