That house is not in Mirasol but Riberas and subject to all the pains and penalties that come with that area. :)

They had a lot of water problems this last year. They need their roads upgraded, electrical wiring etc.

It's a nice area but just really needs some upgrading done to it. During the raining season power outages are common.

It's not a fracc. It's just another area at Lakeside. A town?? A suburb of Chapala.

Yes, I don't know what you call them - like Nestipac and San Juan Cosala are part of Chapala. I't not a frac.
