Cost of Living Indicator

I believe I've stumbled upon a way to compare the cost of living of various cities throughout Mexico. Google the Cinepolis website, click on cartelera, then ciudad. That'll bring up a list of cities where they've got theaters. Click on the theater's name and you'll get their price list. I'm not talking about which theater chain has the best prices, etc. but rather what the largest chain feels it can charge for that particular market. Thus you can compare what they charge in Cuernavaca with Merida, or Saltillo with Oaxaca, and many other places. Prices range from comparable with the U.S. to much less. Cinepolis appears to be much larger than other chains, and in many smaller cities too. And a real plus for me since I enjoy going to the movies is they are in several cities that I would consider living in, especially now knowing that a good multiplex is available.
