what is the R4 card?

I am thinking about purchasing an R4 Revolution for my Nintendo DS. I was wondering if someone could explain to me all of the basics and the details of it to me. I understand that it works sort of like an emulator (which I've used before) but I was wondering how many gigabytes are worth purchasing and how many games that can hold. I would like to know which package I should buy and where.And if there is anything difficult about installing it. If someone could tell me everything I need to know about the R4 I would greatly appreciate it! welcome to http://www.708buy.com

Sadly as your moderator, I don't even know what an an R4 card is.

And when I see, "welcome to www.**buy.com, I hope this an honest post, not free advertising :) which would mean I would have to delete this post.
