Another taco adventure

My friend Nery told me about a place in Gómez Palacio that makes tripitas tacos. Since I have never tried them, we went to check it out last night. I was pretty underwhelmed. The taco stand also offers carne adobaba which was really good.
Tripitas are fried pig intestines (chitlings). The carne adobaba is marinated pork leg.
I made a little picture story here.

Are the tripitas much like castecan? Tacos de castecan y queso manchego taste wonderful, but my stomach pays me back later.

We went back again Saturday and discovered that they also have carne asado tacos on Saturday and Sunday, They were so good -- now my new favorite taco.

I have made a new webpage with more pictures and comments.

Stop it, Rolly! You are making me hungry for real Mexican food and I won't get there before December.
