Hi, This will be laughable for you experienced expats, but just the basic and latest information please about first coming to Mexico and staying as long as possible without the headache of mexican paperwork, i.e., Tourista, FM2,FM3,visas, etc. What is the simplest way to achieve permanent residency in order to qualify for the governmant health insurance? Thanks Mucho Amigos!
