The callback services are probably your best bet. This would require that you have a stable phone number in Mexico, but I think that you could use a cellphone. Unfortunately, the cards that I have seen are still around $1 US per minute.<p>Richard<p>
: I'm looking for a voice mail/calling card I can use while we are in Mexico. We plan to be there for at least 6 months. I will be calling the United States and England. Also, I need a message center that people from US and Mexico can leave messages and that I can retrieve them from US or Mexico. I'm looking for low cost per minute rates on the calling card. Any suggestions?
