I will be moving from Texas to Mexico in a few months and am wondering if my insurance will transfer over or will I have to get it through a new insurance company in Mexico? I would prefer not to as I love the Texas Insurance company I am already with now.

You haven't been specific about what kind of insurance you are talking about. You will need auto ins. through a Mexican company. You need to talk to your agent in Texas if you are talking about health insurance.
I apologize, it just crossed my mind that I forgot to mention that. I need to switch everything though, such as home insurance, auto insurance, and health insurance.
Home insurance needs to be bought in Mexico. Car insurance can be bought on line from a source like http://www.mexican-autoinsurance.com/ (Mexico Bob) or bought locally. Your health insurance may have international coverage - check with your current agent. If you are moving permanently, we find it better to have all our insurance with one source - having a good agent to go to bat for you when problems arrive is priceless.
