Art show in San Luis Soyotlan, Sun. Sept. 11

San Luis Soyatlan on Sunday, September 11th, at Posada Restaurant Las Crotos. This exhibition entitled "Arte Revolucionario e Independiente" will showcase the artworks of six talented Lakeside artists and a well-known engraver from Guadalajara. This will be the first art show to ever take place in San Luis Soyatlan. The owner of Los Crotos, Arturo Aceves, is offering the space in his Posada for this exhibition because he feels it's important to expose the people of San Luis, especially the children, to some art. Posada Los Crotos is located on the main street of San Luis Soyatlan, diagonally across the street from the church, approximately 1/2 block before the main plaza. The opening reception with welcome cocktail and botanas will start at 3 p.m. Because of the limited space at Las Crotos, please call 376-764-0067 to reserve, so that Arturo knows an approximate number of people to expect.
