The Gourmet Show website has been updated. You can now choose workshops, tastings and conferences to attend.
I have been greatly helped by Srta. Fátima Pérez Aguilar, in arranging reservations and payments for tastings and workshops.
Until August 3rd, if I understand it correctly, the entry fee of $150 MN a day to the exhibits will be waived if you sign up for one or more workshops, conferences or tastings.
This is the website for the Gourmet Show (concurrently running with a coffee show and a cerveza show. Separate fees apply, I believe.

I find the website confusing, and the online payment method unappealing. But Ms Pérez helped me find a viable payment method.
