Now I know this is quite a few months away but thought I would throw it out there........
We are looking for a minimum 2 bd 2 bth (preferably 3) house with a lakeview (from a deck or mirador) anywhere from Chapala centro to east Ajijic. We have 2 small dogs. We do not want to pay much more than $1000/month unless it includes all utilities or something. We will require it for April 1st/12. We would be willing to sign a 6 month or longer lease and would be more than willing to pay a deposit in advance. We are very familiar with the area.
