Help! Camerones a la diablo Recipe?

I love this recipe with the spicy prawns in a thick red sauce. Some restaurants serve it with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Served with beans and rice and tortillas. I can never seem to find it in a cookbook but they serves it at my two favorite restauarants in Portland, OR. If you know how to make this, please help me. Thank you, Wendy

Besides the forums (message boards), this website has an extensive collection of original articles, including a pretty good set of recipes. One of the recipes is for....yep, you got it in one.....
