Looking for rental - longterm - larger vs. smaller

We are looking for a long term rental, 3 years or more, in the central lakeside area Riberas, Ajijic, la Cristina. Furnished or unfurnished, prefer unfurnished. 3 or 4 bedrooms, covered parking, terrace or patio, pool or view, reasonably decent kitchen. Space is more important that location. Budget is adequate. We can move next month or next spring.

If you have a house for sale, yours or a clients, which might be available to wait out the market we could work with that kind of time frame. We have self-managed this 6 year property experience, have our own yard equipment and do our own repairs. A management involvement isn't necessary but fine if that's what you want.

Hello NEOhio1,

I must say after reading many of your responses over the years on many subjects, including those in Home, Garden and Construction over the past few years, I couldn't think of a more sensible and well informed person to rent to. Makes me wish I had such a home in the area to rent to you all. I am sure where ever you decide to rent, they will indeed be a very lucky home owner. Good luck in your search.
