Looking for casita rental with yard in baja california

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a long term rental:
furnished w/ stove refrigerator
1 br casita
YARD
located on the beach between Aguas Caliente and Puerto Nuevo (inclds: playas, rosarito, antonion del mar, baja malibu etc. )
accepts dogs!
No more than $500
Any referrals would be greatly appreciated. Any other insight pertaining to living in baja vs. SD as non retiring expat would be greatly appreciated as well.
