It is 3700 Sq. Feet, 4-bedrooms and 3-baths.
The front of the house is the Master suite, which includes Master bedroom, with mounted LED TV and bath, walk in closet for two, a sitting room with a large LED TV, an office with both our computers, printers etc...etc....and a basement.
As you leave the Master suite you walk through a door that can be open/closed to a large dining room, overlooking the courtyard....it is open to a large kitchen, which has a big walk in pantry...access to the utility room....another bathroom and a mother-in-law/maid bedroom with two twin beds and a big closet. You then walk up five steps to the living/guest area. The dining room/living area is all open to each other .......the main living room overlooks the garden with many fruit trees, roses, bouganvillas etc...etc.....also a walk out deck with garden furniture and umbrella over the carport that overlooks the town of Tequisquiapan. You can also see the rock in Bernal from the garden, living room and also out the window of the office in the master suite. You can also see the built in grill/asador from the main living area next to the jardin.
In the guest area are two more bedrooms and very big guest bathroom. The master guest bedroom is equipped with a mounted LED TV, a minisplit a/c as is the Master Bedroom in the master suite...it has two LG Mini-splits.(hardly ever used due to the wonderful temperatures in the central highlands.) But, could be needed in the warmest months of May and June.
Privacy is a plus, with an electric gate and a 17-foot wall surrounding the compound. All windows and doors, including the 9-skylights throughout the house, have bars on them.
Also available, are two satellite systems....one large 8-foot dish for Dish Network and two smaller dishes for StarChoice/Shaw Digital HD from Canada.
The carport supports the overhead deck/veranda to view the city and relax in the mornings and evenings.
For those not familiar with Tequisquiapan...it is the exact geographical center of Mexico. About 10-blocks from the house is a monument depicting the exact center of the Republic. Tequis is 33-miles from the state capital of Queretaro, 70-miles from San Miguel Allende, 30-miles from Bernal and 125-miles north of Mexico City. The Queretaro airport is 20-miles from the house and is served by direct flights on American Airlines from D/FW and by Continental from Houston.
If you are interested please email me for more photos or call in Mexico (414)-273-0718...for those in the USA, I have a Vonage phone...(817)-704-3788. I have two emails...
