Yellow hot-dog type mustard is commonly available all over mexico in the larger supermarkets. Dry mustard such as Colan's should be available also, altho nt as commonly since most people (wherever they are) dont cook with dry mustard as much as they used prepared yellow mustard. Love, Lavanda other forums someone mentioned that they frequented a store in Guadalajara that carried such exotic items as MUSTARD. So my question is, if a Mexican recipe calls for mustard, are they talking about prepared mustard or the powder?
