We just back from a visit to Saltillo, Mexico, and visited a restaurant called Las Brasas. There we had arrachera. They served what I suspect was a marinated or spiced beef grilled and cut into pieces with fresh guacomole, tortilla's and all the assorted condiments. I'd love to try and make this here. Is there a recipe available for the beef, and condiments that are traditional. Thanks.
