There's a really good one on the back of Nabisco's Vegetable crackers. It uses cream cheese, cheddar cheese, amyo, and chili (I think it calls for Jalepanos, but I use chili morron/bell peppers that have been roasted and skinned). If you can find the crackers think the recipe is still there, served this at my wedding and was it a hit!

HEY, TRY THIS ONE. MIX CREAM CHEESE, CHOPPED ONION, A BIT OF GARLIC, AND SOME ANCHOVIES. BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER, PUT IT IN THE FREEZER FOR 30 MIN, AND SERVE. IT´S GREAT WITH BRETON COOKIES.
