Hello, I work in the states with the latino population. I teach nutrition. I am coming to Oaxaca y D.F. to visit the markets, and see how some of the food is prepared. Does anyone have any good tips for markets that are really good to go to? Or any good day cooking schools in D.F. or Oaxaca? Thanks!
