La Huerta mini market

If you live in West Ajijic. The minimarket has expanded and has tons of more things. Their produce is outstanding. Within the last week a carniceria (hope I got that right) has opened next door, with the cutest young guy, who speaks English. Got carne molida. Looked like ground round as he put it the meat shredder, Next time, I will ask him to do it twice. The best tocino I have ever had. Yes, you do pay more, buy I gladly do that to avoid the gridlock and parking in Ajijic T

T - Thanks for the info. We at Los Arroyos Sur live about 2 blocks away up the street from Aurora's Ristorante. I will let my neighbors know as the people who run the mini mart are super nice people.

Are you in West Ajijic?

I am in Villa Nova and anytime I can make right turn on the carretera, instead of a left to get what I want, I am thrilled. Bet you feel the same way.

John, totally
agree with you on the folks who run the mini-mart. Super family.

Hope we can keep the new carniceria alive. If not, it means I have to turn left on the carretera. Yuck.

T.
